What is Jia Pocket?
Jia Pocket is a monthly text-only subscription with 100 messages to Jia each billing period. It renews automatically until you cancel, and Jia’s replies do not use your 100-message allowance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel through the subscription-management option in My Jia. Cancellation normally stops your next renewal, and paid access may continue through the current billing period, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Manage your subscription in My Jia
Do unused voice minutes roll over?
No. Included voice minutes are for use during your current pass and don’t roll over into the next renewal period. You can add a voice top-up anytime.
Do unused text messages roll over?
No. Included text messages are for use during your current pass and don’t roll over into the next renewal period. You can add a message top-up anytime.
Does Jia’s reply use my message allowance?
No. Only messages you send to Jia count toward your displayed message allowance.
Do I need another app?
No. Jia works through WhatsApp — no app download needed.
What happens if I use all my voice minutes?
You can add a voice top-up (+30, +60 or +120 minutes) any time. Top-ups stay usable for 90 days.
What happens if I use all my messages?
You can add a message top-up (+250, +600 or +1,500 messages) any time. Top-ups stay usable for 90 days.
When do top-ups expire?
Top-ups are valid for 90 days from purchase. Any unused top-up credits expire 90 days after the purchase date.
Do my conversations disappear if I change passes?
No. Changing passes doesn’t affect your Jia account, memory, or conversation continuity.
